Chase make it very easy to hire. I have used their equipment before and so it was just a call to book, credit card to... pay and the mini-digger arrived first thing the next morning. (On your first booking they need a scan of an id document and proof of address). The equipment has always been clean and they show you how to use the equipment if you don't know. Delivery/collection drivers have always been helpful and polite. Machines seem well serviced and have tags showing their service record. I did previously have a problem with a turf cutter (they have since bought new ones) but they were very helpful and got another machine to me and ensured that I had a working machine for the length of time that I had paid for. I will certainly use them again.read more

Needed a micro digger, made contact via the online booking form as it was a Sunday. I received a response early Monday... morning, booking was made for the following weekend, digger was delivered as requested I was given a full briefing on how to use it, and was collected promptly on Monday.
The whole process was smooth end to end, would use again.read more

Never used Chase Plant Hire before but i was seriously impressed at how professional they were. It was so simple to... hire the equipment too as most companies ask for every document under the sun but this was so simple. Digger arrived first thing and it was spotless and did the job perfectly. I will be definitely hiring from Chase Plant Hire again.

Friendly, fast, professional!
This was my first plant hire ever. Rang them, in a 5 minutes call everything was done a... few hours later the plant was here!
I needed another plant and they delivered it very quickly. Collected them both on time and there was no messing around or games.
